As statement state above in the subject, I honor would like to detail respect with program Buddha and Society which have meaning and history as following:

I. Buddha and Society :   (location made in Studio or other association)

For very exceptional to initiate made by Samdech Akka Mohar Rach Rachear Tepa Dai TEP VONG, Samdach Preah Mohar Sorng Reach of Kingdom of Cambodia and will be offer of proposal by Samdech Preah Mohar Somei Tepa Dai NORN GNET , Director of Priest in order to create program that permission right to CTN Television is manager of program and production program until the present time that congratulation and support from Samdech Akka Mohar Sena Bakdei Dechor HUN SEN , Prime Minister of Kingdom of Cambodia with good opportunity invited participate to observe the celebration program in Chan Bory Vong on 09 September 2009 .

- Reference: Submitting of Ministry of Cult and Religion, Nº 028 MCR, dated 26-03-2007 on ask for Royal opinion very supreme in order produce program in pagodas at CTN Television .
According to above reference, we organized this program to working those time until the present time basic on sure aspect and the meaning as following:

1- To invite 03 monks on the each of pagoda around of the Phnom Penh Capital through Great Layman NHOEK BUNTHA to participate program as the behalf of solve all wonder of the Buddha’s disciples want to ask about other matter relate to religion.

2- Commentator produce for topic with question relate to charity-sin and education society to hide with the meaning follow religion in order to students invited participate understand about Buddha and avoid vices that society to hate. With cooperation to research understand Buddhism that Louk Chomteav, Nak Okna, Great Layman NHOEK BUN CHAI as constructor and representative of Deputy of Director Priest of Kingdom of Cambodia.

3- Nak Okhna, Great Layman NHOEK BUN CHAI representative Samdech Priest Director and education students to understand very clearly with society morality that Buddhism as hard solid support and bridge ferry to us toward happiness in the national society and the world. For especially Great Laywoman was participated more solve to Buddha’s disciplines participated to understand about heart education and abandon bad with correct mental concentration that Mr. NHOEK BUN CHAI used to received Diploma of Psychoanalyze Doctor by successful and used to admiration from Samdech Akka Mohar Sena Bakdei Dechor HUN SEN , Prime Ministry of Kingdom of Cambodia and Lok Chomteav Kete Pred Bondded BUN RANY HUN SEN .



II. Teach Program Preah Trai Bedoak: (made in Building of National Buddhist, Phnom Penh )

We shall be invite people to participate listen that attendance monk from each of pagodas for enlighten and explain about heaven- charity , morality , society, parent’s goodness are give the birth to us have good body living in superior situation and not ought to allow of mind fall in vices such as drug, steal, rob and other bad which society very hate . For especially will be absorb with political leader of Royal Government is leading national country toward development and growing for Buddhism is religion of state.
