CTN was the television for both youngster people, older people, Because of , CTN had many programs which broadcast both inside country and abroad. In addition, CTN would like to show about civilization, culture, traditional, agriculture, life style, weather, Buddhism and especially, also talks about comedy. So, CTN also set up one program called OUT OF TOWN COMEDY. The reason which CTN created this program, because CTN just want people at home and abroad are joyful with khmer comedy.
